A confidential space to explore the thoughts, feelings and challenges in your practice
Counselling brings many challenges, and it is vital that counsellors engage in supervision for professional support. As a supervisor, my role is to provide space and guidance to support your professional growth and ongoing development, helping you examine your practice and make new, meaningful choices.

I offer supervisees a chance to reflect on their practice in a safe and confidential environment. Together, we can explore your practice in a way that brings fresh perspectives, helps counsellors stay grounded, maintains professional boundaries, and supports safe, ethical practice for all clients.
I work with people from all walks of life and backgrounds, coming to me with a diverse range of problems. As a fully qualified accredited professional somatically informed counsellor, I am a member of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society and abide by their code of ethics.
Supervision takes place in a safe space, where you can meet with someone who will support you and help strengthen your practice. In the supervision space, you can express thoughts and feelings freely and confidentially.
Counselling supervision provides a supportive framework for counsellors to reflect on their practice, develop their skills, and maintain good ethics. It also provides a space for professional growth.
Working together can help you gain greater insight into the difficulties you face in practice, while acknowledging what is working well.
Here are a few of the more common areas that can be supported through supervision:
Feelings of stress or anxiety
Professional Indemnity
Client contract
Therapy modalities
Self-care and well-being
Ethics and Dilemmas
Legal Requirements
GDPR
CPD
Clinical Wills
Record Keeping
Signposting
